At 1:30 AM, after a night out with his brothers, at 5 feet 6 inches tall, 270 pounds, Anthony Baez was throwing a football around with his brothers when they accidentally threw it on a police car one time. They grabbed the ball and walked in the other direction to steer clear of trouble.

Officer Francis Livoti called for backup and a total of four police officers were affected to handle the case of "disorderly conduct" that wasn't one.

From choke holds to other means of subduing him, the police officers were responsible for Baez having an asthma attack and losing consciousness, which would lead to his death at a hospital later that night.
