about

Not all cops murder people while in the line of duty. Some have mental and violence issues and should not be anywhere near a gun and badge, and those fuckers also commit crimes when they're out of uniform.

Case in point: Matthew Kinne, who was in the process of breaking and entering (and robbing) his ex, Dominique Clayton, 32, who walked in on him and died because of it.

Of course, weird thoughts come to mind in the midst of a bad breakup, but most normal humans don't act upon the anger and jealousy, instead choosing to focus our energy elsewhere to heal and build ourselves back up.

In Kinne's case, a mix of seeing more than he could endure in the line of duty and with a sense of invincibility from wearing the badge, he felt he could act upon his darkest thoughts and went totally dark.
